We inventory systems, services and supplier dependencies, then assess gaps and prioritise remediation. Legal applicability must be confirmed for the organisation under the relevant national framework; headcount alone is not a reliable conclusion.

- Inventory of assets, access and supplier dependencies.
- Remediation plan with owners, stages and verification criteria.
- Administration, continuity and incident procedures within the agreed scope.
- Documentation and verification records for later assessment.
