We provide findings, priorities and a remediation plan. Activities, testing frequency and responsibilities are agreed in the engagement.

DORA and ICT providers

Financial-entity obligations and the regime for ICT providers are different. Applicability and contractual requirements need case-specific assessment. Outsourcing does not automatically transfer compliance responsibility.
