What data we collect and why
- Data submitted through the contact form — name, company, email address, phone number, subject and project details. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- Data provided by email or phone — the information you choose to share with us, used to communicate with you.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages accessed, recorded automatically in server logs. We use this information for website security and operation, based on legitimate interest.
How long we retain data
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond and support any subsequent contractual relationship, and for periods required by applicable legal obligations. Technical server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.
Who receives the data
We do not sell or rent personal data. Our hosting and email service providers may access data as processors. We may also disclose data to authorities when required by law.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and the right not to be subject to an automated decision. To exercise your rights, write to office@cybersecint.net. You may also lodge a complaint with Romania’s National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

Security News
For Security News we store your email address, selected language, subscription status, confirmation date and delivery records. We use this data to confirm subscriptions, deliver articles and handle unsubscribes or rejected messages. Unconfirmed subscriptions are removed after 7 days. Emails do not contain tracking pixels. Every bulletin includes an unsubscribe link. To request deletion of your data, contact notifications@cybersecint.net.
